Two winners in the competition for best pilot that actively promotes gender equality

On 1th March 2024, a panel of Intajat Jadida judges presented awards to two of the project's 21 participants in recognition of the cultural and educational pilots they had produced.

The two joint winners

Emna Ben Jemaa, independent content creator and founder of the Binetna media channel (Tunis, Tunisia), for Binetna ("Between us"), which looks at the way in which the role played by women in couples and our societies is changing.
Video format – 7-mins – Funny and effective.

Before I got married, the issues that affect women had always passed me by because I never faced restrictions on account of my gender. It was only when I got married and had a child that I became aware of all of these illogical restrictions imposed on women, just because they are women.
