CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS

Since October 1, 2018, the use of a digital platform has been mandatory for all public buyers (such as CFI) for all contracts exceeding €40,000.
This is why, CFI publishes on PLACE platform the consultation documents for public contracts whose need value is equal to or greater than €40,000.

Before signing a contract with CFI, the service provider is deemed to have read, understood and be bound by the following terms. By signing the contract, the service provider declares that he has fully and unconditionally agreed to:
- The General terms and conditions as mentioned in the article CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS.
- The Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct as mentioned in the article CFI’S ETHICAL PRINCIPLES.

The above mentioned documents, brought to your attention, have contractual value in accordance with article 1119 of the French Civil Code.
