RFI's Juan Gomez and his guests
Guests from the different platforms - Choguel Maiga, President of the Patriotic Movement for Renewal, and Boubacar Bah, Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization - answered young people's questions on the peace process, the fight against terrorism, education and unemployment. An opportunity for this large audience to express their daily concerns.
In the same dynamic as the broadcasts recorded in Niamey, Alain Foka moderated a debate without any jargon on this central question: should we negotiate with jihadists? Baber Gano, (Minister of African Integration, Secretary General of the Rally for Mali), Moussa Mara (President of the Yelema party, former Prime Minister and candidate in the next legislative election), Imam Mahmoud Dicko (former President of the Malian Islamic High Council), Mariam Diallo (student at the Faculty of Economics and Management), Abdel Kader Maiga (President of the Coalition Against the Partition of Mali) and Niagalé Bagayoko, President of the African Security Sector Network-ASSN) held a discussion with the young people on this subject.
The students were delighted with these debates and the feedback on the social networks is positive and encouraging
