Call for tenders - Technical expertise mission on media in exile

As part of the European Union-funded AGILE project, CFI is inviting tenders for a technical expertise mission on media in exile. The project supports independent media in contexts where press freedom is under threat. The mission will involve designing and implementing regional incubators for exiled and at-risk media in Africa, Asia and Latin America. 
These incubators will offer tailor-made support, training and mentoring to strengthen media organizations.
