Equal Voices aims in strengthening the capacities of male and female media professionals to promote, through their managerial and editorial policies and practices, a better and more balanced gender representation.
Media managers will participate in a peer-to-peer programme.

The peer-to-peer and regional exchange approach privileges learning through the sharing of experiences and good practices. CFI is now looking for an English-speaking person to run the peer-to-peer programme and distance coaching sessions to support the media managers' projects.
