Call for quotations to carry out the final evaluation of the “Balkan Voices 2” project

CFI is looking for a consultant (individual or group) to carry out the final evaluation of the Balkan Voices 2 Project (June 2023 – November 2025).

This Project is funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. 
It aims to support youth participation in regional dialogue by strengthening their media and digital expression and enhancing their capacity to identify and counter disinformation in a fragile media environment.

Terms: service provision contract.
Duration: mid-August to end of November 2025.

The assignment will be carried out:
– Mainly from the Service Provider’s usual place of business,
– Remotely via videoconference,
– With a field mission in at least 2 of the 6 Project countries: Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
