Information Environment Mapping – Minorities and marginalized communities in Central and Eastern Africa (lot 1) and in Central Asia (lot 2)
The AGILE project is an EU-funded project launched in December 2024 and led by Internews and its consortium partners CFI, Thomson Media, ARTICLE 19 and Fojo Media Institute.
AGILE aims at supporting independent journalism in countries where media freedom is under attack.
Under the AGILE project’s umbrella, CFI is responsible for implementing Workstream 2 of the action, focusing on inclusivity of minorities and marginalized communities, illustratively but not exclusively refugees/migrants, LGBTQ+ communities, and ethnic and religious minorities.
For the purpose of informing the design and implementation of the subsequent activities under Workstream 2 of the project, CFI is seeking a consultant to write a mapping of the information needs (supply and demand) of minorities and marginalized communities in:
- Lot n°1: Central and Eastern Africa (DRC, Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania)
- Lot n°2: Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirghizstan, Tajikistan)
