Digital solution for marginalised groups in Central Asia

The AGILE project is awarding financial support to innovative projects that harness Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to strengthen at-risk independent media and improve access to reliable information for marginalized groups in Central Asia. 

Funded initiatives will develop practical digital solutions—such as AI-powered content moderation, hate speech detection, and local-language translation—while fostering cross-sector collaboration, piloting scalable tools, and promoting long-term media resilience. 

This Call for Projects prioritizes inclusivity, practical impact, and collaboration across tech, journalism, and civil society to showcase how technology can defend human rights and freedom of information.
