Call for quotations: Support for the prevention of sexual violence and harassment in the media
This call for quotations, launched by CFI as part of the Media Parity project, aims to recruit an expert in sexual harassment prevention to support media outlets in implementing their prevention policies.
Five lots in five different countries are being sought: Botswana,
Lesotho,
Malawi,
Mozambique,
and Zambia.
The same expert may apply for several lots. However, knowledge of the national legal framework and the specificities of the local context in each country is required.
The objective is to support these media outlets in implementing anti-harassment policies and processes, while raising awareness and strengthening internal capacities on these issues. The mission has two main components: participating in awareness-raising days for media staff and providing individualized support to management and HR departments in developing and monitoring anti-harassment action plans.
The maximum contract amount for each lot is set at €6,000 excluding tax and mission expenses, for an estimated duration of six months.
Applications (technical proposal, CV, and quote) must be sent before November 02, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time) to thomas.barker@cfi.fr.
