Call for quotations for the selection of a Service Provider for the organization of a two-day Podcast Forum in Bishkek

CFI operates the Media Horizons project in Central Asia– funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. This regional project aims to support local initiatives for the development of the media and documentary sector in four Central Asian countries. 
Its primary goal is to strengthen the capacities of media professionals by encouraging professional exchanges, improving access to resources and expertise and supporting regional cooperation within the sector. In that aim, CFI is organizing with its partner the Bishkek Franco-German Cultural Institute a regional Podcast Forum in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on November 13th and 14th 2026. The Bishkek Podcast Forum will consist of a two-day Podcast workshop for students on 13th and 14th and a one day opened Forum on the 14th.

CFI is seeking one service provider to support the logistics and communication services of the organization of the Bishkek Podcast Forum that will take place in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on the 13th and 14th of November 2026.

The purpose of this Call for Quotation is to define the contractual terms of the future contract, hereinafter referred to as the "contract", subsequently concluded between CFI and the selected service provider. The terms of the contract set forth in this Call for Quotation are provisional/informative and may be subject to unilateral modification by CFI prior to its conclusion.
