Call for quotations - Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Consultancy
As part of the EU-funded AGILE project, CFI is seeking a (team of) consultant(s) to support the implementation of its monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, focusing on inclusive access to information and the resilience of exiled media outlets.
Location: Remote mission, with possible travels in the countries of intervention (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania and Zambia), as well as in France and Belgium.
