Call for quotations- Logistics support- Sudan

CFI is looking for a service provider based in Sudan, Kenya or Uganda capable of providing online and in person logistics assistance for the project Revitalising and Enhancing Media in Sudan (REM).

This project implemented by Internews Europe together with Canal France International (CFI) and Gisa Group is a 36-month project funded by the European Union (EU) with the overall objective to enable Sudanese audiences to make informed decisions and better support peacebuilding and social cohesion activities by increasing access to quality, fact-based, and inclusive information. 
This will be achieved through a three-pronged approach aiming to:
1) Enhance the capacity of Sudanese radio and broadcast media;
2) Improve Sudanese audiences’ access to quality, fact-based information;
3) Enhance the role of media and other civil society actors in fostering social cohesion across Sudan.

These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: sustainability subgrants to local actors; the formation of a sustainability network; psychosocial support; training and mentoring support across a range of areas; and support to the Sudan Media Forum (SMF). 
Training and mentoring will include support focused on digital security, editorial standards, social media production, mobile journalism, fact-checking, countering hate speech, advocacy, communications, and conflict and gender-sensitivity.

The languages used for meetings and for all deliverables will be English and Arabic.
